Required Qualifications
Must possess a minimum of a 3-Year College Degree in the related field (B.E./B.C.A./B.C.S./B.Sc.). Candidates having M.E./M.C.A./M.C.S./M.Sc. will also be considered.
Core Skills and Competencies:
- Proficient in PHP, JavaScript, HTML, and MySQL with appropriate documentations
- Intermediate skills with JQuery, AJAX, REST, JSON concepts
- Hands-on any PHP-based framework like Zend Framework, Cake PHP / CodeIgniter, etc.
- Ability to understand and modify code written by other developers
- Knowledge of multiple Web Technologies, Optimization Techniques Best Practices
- Hands-on experience with Object-Oriented Development (OOPS) and MVC Architecture
- Great attention to detail, standards and must possess excellent coordination skills
- Must be a keen listener possess strong verbal, visual, and written communications skills
- Need to be flexible and accommodative about changes to their assigned tasks and working hours
- Must be creative, an initiator, and decision-maker with an ability to close issues are required
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new languages and applications

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Business-product team prior to the development stage to understand the requirements, identify the intended target audience, leading competitors, etc.
- Work collaboratively to manage and meet your assigned project and task schedules adhering to the quality standard required
- Work with the development team to identify and implement process improvements that make the development group more efficient and effective
- Take responsibility for delivering the output required
- Learn and improve skills of programming and domain (investing) knowledge
